The 7th Annual Gathering at the Roc will take place at the Woolaroc Museum and Wildlife Preserve. This car show is designed for enthusiasts and will feature various builds from participants.
Registration is available exclusively through the website www.thehotrodgathering.com. Each submission will be reviewed individually to ensure proper attention to each entry.

Thursday, 10/08
- 12:00 – 7:00 PM: Registration Packet Pickup and Merchandise Sales at Hilton Garden Inn
- 7:00 – 9:00 PM: Performance at Keeler St Stage (details TBA)
Friday, 10/09
- 8:00 – 9:45 AM: Registration Packet Pickup and Merchandise Sales at Hilton Garden Inn
- 9:30 AM: Drivers Meeting at Hilton Garden Inn
- 10:00 AM: Reliability Run departs from Hilton Garden Inn
- 2:00 PM: Dry Hollow Bar/Osage Outfitters in Pawhuska for drinks and a raffle drawing for a custom cowboy hat
- 6:00 PM: Registration Packet Pickup and Merchandise Sales at Hilton Garden Inn
- 7:00 – 9:00 PM: Performance at Keeler St Stage (details TBA)
- 8:00 PM: Announcements and award presentations
Saturday, 10/10
- 8:00 AM: Gates open for registrants (wristbands and windshield stickers required)
- 10:00 AM: Gates open to spectators, Invocation and National Anthem
- 3:00 PM: Awards Ceremony and announcement of raffle winner
- 5:00 PM: Park closes
Sunday, 10/11
- 9:00 AM: Church service at Hilton Garden Inn Event Room
All offerings collected during the service will go to the Alpha Christian Children’s Home in Perry, KS. The service will be led by Pastor Aaron Lawrence, with music provided by Ashley Smith and Briana Chapman.
