A car show benefiting Evan Whaley will take place June 27 at Concord in Clermont, Ga. North Hall baseball coach Evan Whaley was recently diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer that has spread to his liver and lungs. Evan is currently undergoing chemotherapy at Emory while fighting with his wife Teta and their four young children.
The event runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and features all makes and models in multiple categories. Prizes will be awarded, and a 50/50 raffle will be held. Food, music, and fun are planned. Registration is $20. All proceeds go to the Whaley family.
