Chinchilla United Methodist Church (CUMC) invites the community to participate in the return of their Coffee and Cars events, featuring the Pharoahs Car Club of Scranton (Pharoahs).

The Pharoahs are part of an international network of Pharoahs Car Clubs, which began in Modesto, CA, in 1948. These Pharoahs are the same club that inspired the youth in the cult classic movie, “American Graffiti”.

All makes, models, and ages of cars are welcome at these events. Antiques, Classics, Customs, or just Well-loved vehicles may be brought out to be shown off and enjoyed by the community. It doesn’t matter what era, color, stance, or age your vehicle may be. The folks from CUMC & the Pharoahs cannot wait to meet you and to check out your ride.

All Coffee & Cars events will be held in the CUMC parking lot, located behind the church at 105 Church Street, South Abington Township, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month May through October. More information regarding this event will be released later in the season.

CUMC and the Pharoahs have partnered together to make these events possible. Both the church congregation and car club are actively seeking new members from the local community. Additional information regarding the church and the car club will be available at each Coffee & Cars event.
