Fernald Field Dragway in North Winterport, Maine, will host the Bangor Auto & Truck Center Street Day Series throughout 2026. Event dates include May 30, June 27, July 25, August 29, and September 12, with activities running from 2 p.m. until dark.
The series invites drivers to bring their street legal vehicles, with no trailer required, for a day at the dragstrip. Entry is $30 to race and $15 to watch. Prizes will be awarded for both the fastest and slowest street vehicles. The event will also feature food trucks, music, a 50/50 raffle, and opportunities for newcomers to learn about drag racing. Helmets are required for all racers.
