The Miller–York Volunteer Fire Department will host its Annual Car Show and Chicken Dinner on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at Perfect North Slopes, Indiana SR 1, between Guilford and Lawrenceburg. Registration for the car show runs from 9 a.m. to noon Eastern Daylight Savings Time, with judging starting at 10 a.m. and awards presented between 2 and 2:30 p.m.
The event welcomes all antique, classic, and custom cars and trucks, as well as old fire trucks. Trophies will be awarded in several categories, including Top 24 for 1995 and earlier models, Top 10 for 1996 through 2026 models, a Chief’s Choice Trophy, and a club participation award. Entry fee is $15, with proceeds benefiting the Miller–York Volunteer Fire Department.
The Chicken Dinner, available inside the ski lodge from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., will include half a chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, coleslaw, dessert, and bottled water. Carryout is available.
