The 4th Annual All Wheels Open Class Car Show will be held at the DE State Fairgrounds. This is a car enthusiast's dream. Live bands and DJs will be present, along with many competitions and awards for participants. Food, beer, vendors, a Swap Meet, and an auction will be provided.
