The East Penn Modifiers & FIFS Motorsports Insurance Chilly Cruise will take place on Sunday, November 1, 2026, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Classics in Franconia, Pennsylvania. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Franconia Township Police Benevolent Association’s Shop with a Cop program. The rain date is set for Sunday, November 8, 2026, at the same time.
Spectators can attend for free. Vehicle registration is $15 per entry, with no pre-registrations accepted and cash only at the event. A $5 registration discount is available for participants who bring a box of laundry detergent sheets or a container of laundry detergent for Keystone Opportunity Center. Trophies will be awarded to the top 25 cars as well as special interest vehicles.
