Online Advertising Conditions

All advertising is subject to approval. Cars and Coffee Events reserves the right to reject or modify any advertisement for any reason such as lack of space, suitability, advertiser's unreliability, or without cause.  Cars and Coffee Events reserves the right to request proof of ownership from the car for sale advertisers prior to publishing an advertisement. Cars and Coffee Events will not carry advertising concerning health-related products, religion, politics, competing publications, potentially libelous material, ads containing sexual innuendo, sexually suggestive or offensive material, non-sporting or non-collectible firearms, vehicle titles or VIN plates, trim tags, cowl tags, or body code plates. Lottery and raffle ads may be run if the sponsor is a not-for-profit organization and supplies Cars and Coffee Events with a copy of their organization's current IRS 501(c)(3) ruling and tangible evidence of the bona fide operation of the organization such as news clippings and organizational literature. Every advertisement that is accepted is published on the representation of the advertiser and the agency that they are authorizing to publish the entire content of the advertisement.  Cars and Coffee Events will not run advertisements that involve legal disagreements between individuals or companies.
