DESCRIPTION:In 2019\, the Graham Family received the incredibly heartbreaking and devastating news that every parent fears; their sweet\, fun-loving\, adventurous\, four-year-old son Tristen was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at Valley Children’s Hospital in Fresno. Tristen’s leukemia went into remission in December of 2021.\n\nOn Monday\, April 3\, 2023\, the Grahams received more devastating news… Tristen’s cancer had come back\, and he was immediately admitted back into Valley Children’s Hospital in Madera.\n\nTristen will be at Valley Children’s in Madera receiving treatment at Valley Children’s in Madera for the next 6 weeks and then transferred to Stanford to receive a bone marrow transplant. With such a recent diagnosis\, this is all that we know at this time for his plan for treatment; we will update you with new information as that information comes in.\n\nAcute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is a cancer that affects the white blood cells. These cells fight infection and help protect the body against disease. Patients with ALL have too many immature white blood cells in their bone marrow. These cells crowd out normal white blood cells. Without enough normal white blood cells\, the body has a harder time fighting infections.\n\nALL affects a type of white blood cell called lymphocytes\, causing them to build up in the liver\, spleen\, and lymph nodes.\n\nAs you know medical expenses and the day-to-day expenses that come with having a child in the hospital for any amount of time can be very overwhelming. Tiffanie will likely be taking some time off of work for the foreseeable future to care for Tristen during this time. Losing an income on top of all of the new bills and travel to a new location (San Francisco)\, and expenses will undoubtedly be very challenging\, which is why this GoFundMe was created. Rain or shine\, this is a weekly event.\n\n\n\nCurrently being held in the eastern lot of Sunset Coffee due to complications with the lower southern lot due to a night crowd.\n\n\n\nif you are confused on what lot\, check out this video on where to park! https://youtu.be/9FfRXZ5Zvc8\n\n\n\nThere were constant issues with people coming at night and being excessively loud / revving/music blasting/fights\, etc. That\, along with an ownership change shut down our lower lot we were holding it in before\, as they chained it up (and now are fencing off the whole lot). We still have our meet in the upper eastern lot\, just not as we had in our lower lot.\n\n\n\nWe will try to get privileges to access that lower lot as our meet is more respected than the night crowd that ruined it for us. Sorry for any issues/confusion that has arisen with that.
